Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives significantly damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Approved claims may be eligible for a refund or partial credit at our discretion.
